Lindsay specializes in guiding corporations to develop the skills of employees and delivers training to any size of audience, from one on one coaching, classrooms of any size, to special events and keynote speeches. Her interest and expertise covers a broad scope of topics including Generations in the Workplace, Employee Engagement, Communications, Leadership, Sales, Customer Service, Management Development. Lindsay enjoys working with management and staff from within many corporate environments, such as; aerospace, banking and financial, engineering, human resources, construction, retail, education, hospitality, and technology.
Work Experience
Guiding people on their own individual pathways to success, to help others go well beyond their imaginations, and conquering any limited beliefs, is Lindsay's MO. Dale Carnegie Training has been doing this for well over 100 years and is a forerunner worldwide in human capacity building. They lead the charge for organizational leadership development, employee engagement, corporate culture and high impact communications. For over 20 years now, Lindsay has been serving as a leadership coach for the world renowned Dale Carnegie of British Columbia. She has positively impacted tens of thousands of lives on so many levels. For her loyal students, her tribe, Lindsay Benard has become a household name.
Education
Lindsay holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of British Columbia with a major in psychology, a minor in Organizational Behaviors, as well as a degree with Sauder Business School through the University of British Columbia. She is an honoured member in Stanford’s Who’s Who, as well as a member of alumni of University of BC, the International Women’s Organization, the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals, the Mortgage Brokers Association of BC and of course she is a proud member of the Dale Carnegie Trainers Alumni.
